CLASS OFFERINGS

Pilates Mat and Beyond

A mat class that is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. In addition to the Pilates Matwork, this class will offer light weights, props, and balance exercises for full body health.

Pumped Up Strength™

A new approach to resistance training. Utilizing combination movement patterns in a targeted, rhythmic progression, its superpower is the dynamic integration of upper and lower body movements set to fun music.

JHM HIIT

A fun tabata-inspired class with low and high impact options that Jill created during the pandemic to keep her studio clients moving. This class reminded Jill of her love for group fitness and inspired the virtual studio!

Barre Above®

A totally unique approach to barre workouts as you've seen them. Fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre Above® delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape.

As a fitness instructor, studio owner, wife and mother, I understand that your workouts need to be both efficient and effective. Through Pilates, barre and strength training, I have discovered that you don’t need grueling, long hours in the gym in order to feel and look your absolute best.

Jill Hinson Method workouts are a great combo of challenging and fun! I can’t wait to help you tone that booty, strengthen your core and see some rock solid results all from home, on your own time. I want our community to experience change from the inside, and to understand what our bodies deserve. Through transformative workouts and mindfulness practices, you will feel support as you commit to feeling your best!

I am the Founder and Executive Director of Core Compassion Project, a 501(c)3 nonprofit offering post-rehab Pilates, fitness bras and lymphedema sleeves to people battling breast cancer. I have included On Demand classes in my virtual studio to support the healing journey after breast cancer.

Core Compassion Project®

Our mission at Core Compassion Project® is to restore, support, and strength those affected by Breast Cancer. We seek to help restore strength and mobility to breast cancer patients and/or survivors in a setting that offers a time to heal mentally and physically. Breast Cancer survivors are faced with many challenges and Core Compassion Project believes no one should have to fight these challenges alone. We come alongside those personally affected to rejuvenate their mind, body and soul.

Physically, radiation, surgery and chemotherapy are extremely rough on the body. According to the American Cancer Institute, fatigue is one of the most common and distressing side effects of cancer and its treatment. Emotionally, cancer can cause one to experience feelings of sadness and fear. The effects can be so paralyzing that it sometimes leaves one unable to perform a regular, daily routine. Exercise is important for everyone, even cancer survivors, so it is crucial to slowly build a fitness regime after cancer to restore good health. Core Compassion Project® supports recipients by providing Pilates Scholarships, specialized fitness bras, and lymphedema sleeves, for breast cancer patients and survivors.

Either in person or virtually, I love working out with Jill! She is so knowledgeable and easily explains what you are doing as well as what area of the body the exercise is working and improving. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or advanced, with Jill, you always have and know modifications that work for you. She has a great way of bringing her instructions to the student level. I met Jill shortly after completing surgery and treatment for breast cancer. I had practiced Pilates in the past, but what I didn’t realize was how much cancer would take away from my ability to get back to doing what I used to do!
